R House Home Services LLC, was founded in April of 2018 by Chris Rawson. We are a family owned and operated business serving Escambia and Santa Rosa Counties. The company may be new, but Chris is not to the business of home services!

About Our Leader, Chris:

Chris was born and raised here in Pensacola and grew up in a small business. He watched and eventually helped his parents Mike and Angie Wilcox grow Superior Termite & Pest Management into the best pest control company in the area. In 2017 Superior was acquired and Chris took a leap of faith in 2018 to do what he had always dreamed to open a local business and grow it from the ground up!

Chris is a handyman trained in the art of the jack of all trades by his grandfather Pop, aka Doyle Simmons Sr. But he is not just your ordinary handyman!

Chris holds a Masters Degree from the University of West Florida (GO ARGOS!). Chris worked in all areas of his family’s business learning all aspects of pest control and business operations. He then served as a project manager for 6 years at SmartCop implementing public safety software all over the United States. After having the twins he came home and landed back into what he loved, working in his family’s business running operations until its acquisition.

• Holds the prestigious PMP Certification (Project Management Professional) for many years.
• And Has completed extensive training in home inspections and will add Home Inspector to his list of certifications soon.
